Arena Bookings
Cancellations by You
We understand that sometimes plans change. If you need to cancel your arena booking, please notify us as soon as possible.
Full Refund: You will receive a full refund if you cancel your booking with at least 24 hours’ notice prior to your scheduled session time.
Late Cancellations: Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice are non-refundable.
Cancellations by Hope Valley Riding Club
Full Refund Guaranteed: If we need to cancel your booking for any reason, including adverse weather conditions, arena maintenance, or other circumstances beyond our control, you will receive a full refund.
You will also be offered the option to reschedule your session to an alternative date and time, subject to availability.

Please include your booking reference number and scheduled date and time in your cancellation request.
Refund Processing
Once your cancellation is confirmed, refunds will be processed within 5-10 working days. The refund will be returned to the original payment method used when making the booking.
No-Shows
Failure to attend your booked session without prior cancellation will result in the full booking fee being forfeited.
